Refund policy

1. All Sales are Final

Due to the artisanal nature of our fragrances and strict hygiene standards, LostNote Studio does not offer returns or exchanges on any products once they have been dispatched.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on a "change of mind" or "dislike of a scent profile."
  • We strongly recommend purchasing "THE INTRO" Discovery Set to experience our fragrances before committing to a full-sized bottle.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product (The Exception)

The only exception to our "No Return" policy is if you receive a product that is physically damaged, leaking, or the wrong item.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a replacement, you must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed outer courier bag.
  • Timeline: Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to support@lostnotestudio.com within 24 hours of delivery with the video attached.
  • Resolution: If the claim is verified, we will ship a fresh replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer monetary refunds for damages; we only provide replacements.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are dispatched (whichever is earlier). Once a tracking ID is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
