Shipping policy
At LostNote, we understand that receiving your fragrance is an experience. We have optimized our logistics to ensure all orders reach you in pristine condition and with "silent confidence."
1. Shipping Rates & Eligibility
- COD Orders: A nominal convenience fee applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. (Note: COD may be disabled for addresses with a history of high RTO/refusals).
- Minimum Order: Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders above 999
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Processing Time: We aim for radical speed. Most orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. Orders placed after 10:00 AM or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Delivery Estimates:
- 5–7 Business Days.
- Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of the order.
3. Trusted Logistics Partners
To ensure safe handling of high-concentration glass bottles, we partner exclusively with premium couriers partners
- High-Security Delivery: For full-sized bottles (Signature Four), we utilize OTP-based verification to ensure the package is handed directly to you.
4. Order Tracking
- As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Tracking Number via Email and SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can track your "LostNote" journey in real-time through the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
5. Packaging & Damages (Important)
We take immense pride in our packaging. However, if a package appears tampered with or physically damaged upon arrival:
- Do Not Accept the delivery from the courier agent.
- Unboxing Video: If you accept the package, a continuous, unedited unboxing video (showing the seal break and the inner contents) is mandatory for claims related to leakages, breakages, or missing items. This must be reported to support@lostnotestudio.com within 24 hours.
6. Order Cancellations & Address Changes
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
- Redirecting: We cannot change the shipping address or contact details once the package has left our facility. Please verify your details at checkout carefully.
7. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
- If a delivery fails after three attempts by the courier due to incorrect contact details or unavailability, the package will be returned to us.
- A re-shipping fee will be applicable to send the order back to you.
